I’m currently consulting companies on their CS strategies and GTM alignment and also coaching individuals on joining or hiring high-performing teams.

I have 10 years of Customer Success leadership experience, most recently at Seismic, where I built and led the International CS team from inception to 20+ people, and previously at Qubit, where I built the global team from inception to 15 team members.

My greatest professional passion is people development. My other passions are fitness, cultural exploration, and well-being.

I hold an MBA from INSEAD and a BS in Accounting from Purdue University.

  • I found the small cohort size very beneficial so that we could have more direct discussions. I tend to hide in the crowd the first few classes of a new series or subject but with the smaller class size you can't hide! It definitely got me out of my shell. The templates given following the class have been super beneficial to use as part of building out my own team documents and has spurred some great discussion with my own manager about how to manage the team moving forward. I would recommend this class to anyone looking to gain a little bit more information about how to be a people manager within a CS organization who is looking to upskill to get to that next level!
