Laura Kightlinger
Laura has 10 years of Customer Success leadership experience, most recently at Seismic, where she built and led the International CS team from inception to 20+ people, and previously at Qubit, where she built the global team from inception to 15 team members.
Laura is currently consulting with companies on their CS strategies and GTM alignment and also coaching individuals on joining or hiring high-performing teams.
Laura’s greatest professional passion is people development. Her passions are fitness, cultural exploration, and well-being.
Laura holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BS in Accounting from Purdue University.

Marija Skobe-Pilley
Marija is an award-winning Customer Success Strategist, thought leader and podcaster.
As a fractional CS leader and Director of Fractional SaaS consultancy, Marija helps companies build and scale high-performing teams in a hypergrowth environment. She’s also a coach and mentor for CS leaders and managers.
She’s also the founder and podcast host of Women in Customer Success - a network for connecting, inspiring and showcasing women in the Customer Success industry.
Marija holds degrees from the University of Cambridge (MPhil in Education) and the University of Zagreb (BA in Music, MMus).
